Our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, a roadmap for shaping our schools' future was developed through extensive collaboration with educators, parents, and the school board, the process began in summer 2024 with a community-wide survey. Using this feedback and key data, our planning team created a plan that leverages strengths and sets clear direction. The School Board adopted the recommendations in November 2024.
The plan introduces a new mission, vision, and commitments. Four priority areas—Student Engagement, Growth, and Achievement; Family and Community Partnerships; Exceptional Staff; and Financial Responsibility—include specific objectives to guide actions and monitor progress.
We are grateful to the educators and parents who contributed to this plan. With its focus, the district will continue providing excellent education for all students while ensuring accountability to our mission: “Ensuring a superior learning experience, empowering every student for life.”
