Superior School District Back to School Registration

Each year, existing families are required to complete a “Returning Student Registration” via PowerSchool Enrollment before school starts. This process needs to be completed for each enrolled student. Parents have the opportunity to update student demographics, update medical information, and agree to district and school forms. Once submitted, parents will not be able to go back and make changes.

 To access the Back to School Registration form, and you have your student's snapcode please click HERE.

Please plan to have the following when registering:

  1. Your login information for PowerSchool Enrollment. If you do not remember your login/password, you can select “forgot password” on the login screen.
  2. A list of your student’s doctors and dentists and their phone numbers.
  3. Your student’s emergency contact list and contact information.
  4. A list of your student’s health issues and medication list.
