Superior To Host Two New Elementary School Boundary Meetings
School District of Superior To Present Potential Scenarios To The Community

SUPERIOR, WI - After receiving approximately 700 responses in a recent community survey, the School
District of Superior is ready to take the next steps in drawing new elementary school boundaries. From
October 16-17, Superior will host two community meetings highlighting potential scenarios for the
2024-2025 school year.
● October 16, 2023 - Superior Middle School Community Events Center - 6 p.m.
● October 17, 2023 - Superior High School Performing Arts Center - 6 p.m.
These two events will be informative meetings facilitated by Cooperative Strategies. Spartan families are
encouraged to share feedback during the presentations. Anyone unable to attend can complete another
survey that will be distributed during the week of October 16. After reviewing all feedback from the Spartan
community, the Board of Education anticipates deciding on the new boundaries in mid-November. All
information regarding this process can be found on the School District of Superior website.
“Our goal is to utilize our space better and efficiently use our resources,” said District Administrator Dr. Amy
Starzecki. “Our students come first, and I encourage all our Spartan families to voice their opinions. Let’s
work together to find the best solution.”
At the end of the 2023-2024 school year, the School District of Superior will consolidate its six elementary
schools into five. The new boundaries will go into effect starting the 2024-2025 school year. To learn more
about the process or have additional questions, please contact the Administration Office at 715-394-8700.
